Please note all items are sold as seen and some colours may vary depending on the monitor you are viewing from.

We don’t offer any exchanges, refunds or discounts unless agreed prior to purchase. All messages in our inbox or WhatsApp aim to be responded to in 24h and if you wish to call down to the store to see anything please note it is appointment only.

If you review any product you have bought from us any issues have to be sent to us within 24h so we can solve these. If you need any repairs or servicing on your new watch we will do you a welcome discount for purchasing your watch from us. Just send us a quick message. If you do not pay a deposit within 3 hours of requesting a product we have the right to sell it to someone else &; we can do this without notifying you. All your personal data will only be used for delivery purposes and if you wish to collect from the store there is a policy to follow which will be explained if required.
